I try out banks all the time, especially when they have promos. I have/have used Wells Fargo (uh oh), Citizens (they are good and gave me $200), Bank of America (Bad), Northway Bank (Great) and now Santander. I'm on the phone with them for 36 minutes, my 2nd call as they were supposed to call me back a month ago. I have spent lots of time, handed over my personal information to them, letting them run a credit check and everything, to try them out and in return, was promised $150. The y are not fulfilling, their customer service can't even send me an email . Still on hold - over 38 minutes while they get a manager. Stay away from this bank, no business being in America. Don't buy their stock either. My next stop is the attorney general.

  • I've worked with a bunch of title companies over the years and I have to say, I've never received better service than the service that I've received at United Title and Escrow. John, Lori, and Sue all have a great deal of experience and knowledge of the title side of the business. Their size make them nimble and quick to respond and get things done. I never feel like they've lost my files in a pile of others (unlike other bigger firms). I have 100% confidence in the team. I can't imagine having a better firm as my partner in the extremely complex world of title work. Thanks for everything you do! Keep up the great work!

  • I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Jeanne since 2007. I have found Jeanne to be not only an incredible lawyer but also an incredibly compassionate person. In all my dealings with Jeanne and her associates I have come to realize that she truly has the welfare of her clients first and foremost. Over the years I have dealt with many Lawyers and never received the personal and professional attention that I have received from Jeanne. I have referred several others to her firm and they have echoed the same sentiments. It is a pleasure to deal with a firm where it is not all about the money but about the client. In one particular case even after we came to a decision that there was a possibility of not being able to go forward Jeanne persisted in researching the possibility of resolving the situation. Through her persistence and diligence Jeanne was able to resolve the situation and make me whole in the eyes of the law. Thank you Jeanne for your professionalism but more importantly your compassion and persistence in helping your client.

Do not under any circumstances move to Countryside. They kick people out of their homes if they can't afford the rent increases each year. In two years my rent went up over $200 a month. There is constant mold issues in the apartments. They don't maintain their buildings and their grounds. We were forced to move out of one of their units into another because a pipe burst above us and we ended up with inches of water in our apartment. They didn't want to have to fix our apartment so we had to pay to move and have our rent increased because we had to switch apartments after living in a hotel for a few weeks. The office management is extremely disrespectful and the VP of the district knows about the issues and doesn't feel the need to resolve the issues. It is sad that in a city with a high homeless population they prefer to increase that population instead of help people in the community.
